Is Heya Stream free?

We offer both free content and premium packages. Free movies are available to all users, while premium content requires a subscription

What payment methods do you support?

We support Flutterwave payments (cards, mobile money, bank transfer) and other available options in your country.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your billing period.

Do I need fast internet to watch?

We recommend at least 3 Mbps for smooth streaming. Our player automatically adjusts video quality depending on your internet speed.

Can I download movies to watch offline?

Yes, depending on your subscription package. Downloaded videos can be watched offline within the Heya Stream app.

What devices can I use?

Heya Stream works on web browsers, Android, iOS, smart TVs, and tablets.

I made payment but cannot see the play button. What should I do?

First, refresh your account page. If the issue continues, contact Heya Stream Support with your payment receipt, and we’ll fix it quickly.

Are the movies HD quality?

Yes, most of our movies are available in HD and Full HD, depending on availability.
